  This vedio is talking about image. The speaker is a model, she has a perfect body, pretty face, and shinny hair. At the beginning of the speach she just changed her clothes and changed her high heels into flat shoes. She wanted to show everyone "Image is powerful and superficial."
  I think it's a common disease in the whole world. Everyone wants to look prefect and skinny, try hard to be white or even thinner than models. Statistics shows that there are a lot of people don't satisfie at their body or their looking. It's really not a good thing! In fact, I don't like my look now, or even everytime! I don't like the thoughts, so like hope lots if people and watch this vedio and try to be positive and love yourself a little more.

Museum Visit - Aestheticism Awakens

  It was my second time visist the Asia Art Museum. This time was a diffrient theme, Aestheticism Awakens. I was happy to visit the museum with the class and it was free.
 

  When I finished taking all my pictures, I heard one of the introducers said that all of the artist were pass away. I felt sorry and grateful for them.

 This is mt favorite art work. The reason why I like this art work is that I love things made by metal, I think it's cool and beautiful, and I love the cool colors that metal make us feel! The other reason I like this art work is that it don't have a name, I think it's sooo cool and special that there's no name for a art work. If the art work has no name, and people will not be limited when they're looking ay the art work, people can use their imagination to image every ideas that they think.

MY WINTER VACATION

  This winter vacation I went to Macao with my family for 3 days. This is my second time to have  trip to Macao, the last time I went ther is about 12.

  My second sister didn't come because she's in America. There are my parents and my big sister in this picture. We flight about 2 hours, it was a short flight but we still had a sandwich for breakfast. I have a fever in the day before the trip, I was so worry that I could't go abroad with my family, but I got better next day.

This building is kind of a symbolized thing of Macao. A lot a people were taking pics there.

Field Trip Worksheet

First, I have to thank two teachers brought us out and held this nice field trip.

Mission in Gaomai Wetland:

1.

There were lots of lots of crabs and shellfish, it was quite cute when you watch only some of them, but if you watch them at the same time, it was too compressed and made me feel uncomfortable

2.If there's a Japanese student want to go to Gaomei Wetland I will tell he/she to bring slippers then if he can play with water that day, slippers are important.

Mission in Seaport Art Center:

1. 

I think this  big vase(um..actually I"m not sure is it a vase) is very special~I like the color and the design.

2.Monica thinks it was a nice trip and the other teacher called Daniel is familiar and interesting person.

3. In fact, I don't have any suggests for the trip. I think it's ss good to go outdoors and enjoy the cool and windy weather.

  The theme of the vedio is take about "How do you define yourself ?". The female speaker's name is Lizzie Velasquez, she's a American, and she has a rare diseases which called - "Congenital Generalized Lipodystrophy". The diseases makes her can't gain weight easily or even impossible, although she eats a lots and eats any kind of high calories food, her weight still can't get over 29 kilos.

  Most of the people will be surprised when they meet her at the
first time! But she have a very nice, lovely and positive personality. Lizzie is very positive, her right eye is
blind, but she doesn’t think that is a bad thing, she said “I can have contact only, not contacts.” “If someone don’t like me or say bad things, just stand on mt right side, and I can’t see you.”

  Lizzie had bullying when she was a student, someone post a vedio on youtube and the topic is “the ugliest woman in the world”. I think that was very very very rude! The reason why I was so touch when I saw this vedio is that I experienced bullying too when I was in high school, someone post bad things about me on facebook and instagram, but I didn’t do those things on their post, I even wanted to disappear in the world and that will be a good way for everyone who hated me with untrue rumors.

  I like Lizzie so much, and she is a very nice and good person, listen to her speech I feel so touch and I hope one day I can see her.

Museum Visit - Medication Meditation

  We went to an art museum in our school on this Wensday. I never been there before, I was so excited for the little trip in class and with all the claamates.

I was happy that they holded a exhibition for the new-opening hospital near Asia University. I though it was a very good idea and it had a special meaning about the exhibition. Besides I think every students have to know the information or even go there instead only look at the pictures.
  I saw an infant mummy mask first, it was so werid I though at the first moment when I saw it, but then I though it was so cool and I could feel the Egyptian was very heedful to made this small and beautiful mask. However, I didn't take the picture of the mask, because I thought the person who worn the mask before, they won't be happy if everyone was taking some pictures to their masks.


   The white bed with lots of lots of needles on it, and it called "Sleep, My love...", that is my favorite art work!
   The artist called Hul-Chiao Chen. She thinks dreaming lies at the very hearts, the new approach aslo enabled her to move from wandering and scearing and return to "simple instinct". I like the layout and creative of the art work, it look nice when you stand far from it, but if you look a little closer you can see lots of needles in the bed, it's a Thriller Beauty I think. It made me think about that I dream very often, and somtimes it think sleeping is nice but I'll worry about what's goning to appear dream. I love this art work so much!

  The most dislike art work is three people blowing somthing or not, I'm not sure, but it let me remind  a movie called - "The Human Centipede". The movie is about a crazy doctor kidnapped three tourists, and attached them by a very very disgusting way to form a "human centipede. OMG, I don't want to see that again!
   The artist is Shih - Fen Liu, she was a nurse, and with her experiences from being a nurse, the artis's medical experience and knowledge are commonly seen in her art works. She put some elements in the art work, including marijuana, mandrake, globeflower and datura.




  But I have to say, no matter we like the art work or not, we have to give respect to every art works and artists.  



 

TIME TRAVEL STORY

  On a hot and boring day, I’m hanging out for finding something intersting . Accidentally, I discover a ten dollar coin, I look to it for three seconds and run to the coin quickly. Suddenly, I fall in to a pond and we just be in a coma.
   I open my eyes, I can’t see anything clearly, and I feel it’s so hard to breath, and aslo feel my legs are heavy. After few minutes, I can see things clear and feel much more better. I’m very surprise that I’m in the water, and I can breath normally! “Is this a dream? It’s too weird!”. And then I see something swim by me, it’s a animal looks like a dolphin but this guy is bigger and it has a large mouth. I look futher then aware I was in the ancient ocean! There are dinosaurs everywhere. Above me, around me and next to me! I’m so excited but fear of being attacked.
   I try to swim faster but my legs are so heavy, then I find my legs has transformed into a tail just like a mermaid. I swim in the sea with no worrits and free, I see the animals swim with their kids or hunt in groups. I play with some animals that looks like jellyfish and seahorse, we swim after each other and they lead me to visit where they live in. I’m too excited to notice there’s a big and ugly animal behind me, it looks hungry and mad. I swim as fast as possible, I swim under through the fish groups and swim straight through the seaweeds or coral. Then I am trapped by the rocks, I don’t know what to do! I see the mouth open and I am aready to be it’s dinner.
   Then I wake up next to the pound, I have a strong headache, but I can’t remember everything I experience under the ancient ocean. I just can’t offer is that a dream or a real time travel trip.

My summer vacation

I found a part time job during my summer vacation in a drink shop which called Wan zou. I worked there for about 40 days, and I learned some skills there. I learned how to make drinks,prepare the materials and boil up the pearls. It was a little bit tired in the beginning, because I had to get up early and worked from 8 a.m. to 7p.m. everyday. And I was fear of making some troubles or didn’t service the consumers well. Although sometimes we met some rude censumers, we still had to smile and talke softly to them, or we would got customer complaints, I think it’s so weird and not fair. I think we have to respect to everyone who serves you, and respect the Guests, too; this is a very important politeness. It was the first time of my working experience, and I feel very great of accomplishment. I learned some skills and communicate with people more patiently. I also bought an iphone by paying from my salary, I’m so happy for this. It was a good and memorable summer vacation! These are the pictures of Wan zou.
